Our Team at Mane Hariharalaya is defined by “Curators”, experts in their own specific field who design bespoken recommendations and services to guests to give them a truly unique Cambodian hospitality and experience. Our Curators like those of a museum, estate or gallery, take care of the guests and tailor their stay with us according to their own personal preference and needs. Calling our team members “Curators” creates an interesting point of conversation, setting our properties apart from others. This also gives team members a sense of pride and an equal footing to one another.

Chief Curator (Head Butler / Operation Manager) – is the head overseer of the property and the other curators. The Chief Curator is a well-rounded individual who knows all the layers of operations in the hotel and guest experiences. Together with the General Manager and the Managing Director, the Chief Curator defines the specific variations of offerings we have and patterns them according to guest preferences and personal information to create a fully individualized treatment for our guests and also co-manages the stream of work between other Curators.
